My Story
I’ve spent my career navigating high-stakes conversations — first in the world of global finance, now in the realm of human potential.
For two decades, I worked in confidential, market-moving journalism, writing about bond issuers across emerging markets (hence, the Bond Girl).
I also advised high-net worth individuals, governments, and businesses on strategic messaging during pivotal transactions, shaping narratives that moved billions.
In 2006, I moved to London from Ukraine with little more than ambition and grit. I rose from reporter to Managing Editor, leading an editorial team for an investor-focused publication.
Ironically, I only felt ready to accept that leadership role after becoming a first-time mum. Motherhood taught me more about resilience, priorities, and emotional intelligence than any job ever could.
Through years of self-development and inner work, my idea of success and leadership shifted, from something external to something deeply personal.
I now believe true success isn’t about status or headlines — it’s about freedom.
Freedom to live and lead on your own terms.
For me, that means being grounded in who you are, clear on what matters, and unapologetic about how you choose to live.
It’s about aligning your inner world with how you show up in the outer one.
And defining success for yourself, even if it looks nothing like the traditional version.
What I loved most about journalism wasn’t the headlines. It was the people. The psychology behind power, decision-making, and influence.
I love reading between the lines. Spotting hidden dynamics. Building relationships grounded in absolute trust. That’s always been one of my superpowers.
The other? Helping people reconnect with their inner truth.
Coaching allows me to bring the same depth, discretion, and clarity to individuals on a more personal level, helping them build lives that feel right, not just look right.
